The 2-day course equips learners with foundational knowledge to safely manage emergency scenes, perform CPR, operate an AED, and treat injuries like bleeding and burns.
This skills programme blends theoretical learning with hands-on practical drills to prepare you for real-life workplace incidents:

• Emergency Scene Management: Principles of first aid and basic anatomy.
• Basic Life Support: Adult, child, and infant CPR, and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) usage.
• Trauma Management: Treating wounds, bleeding, burns, shock, and choking.
• Medical Emergencies: Addressing unconsciousness, fainting, epilepsy, and head or spinal injuries.
• Post-Incident: Patient handover procedures and safe incident clean-up.
